Renata Tomczak-Wandzel

Renata Tomczak-Wandzel started working at Aquateam COWI in January 2014. Previously, she held the position of professor at the Department of Fats and Detergents Technology at the Faculty of Chemistry of the Gdańsk University of Technology (2002-2013). Additionally, Tomczak-Wandzel was a postdoctoral fellow at KTH Mark og Vannteknikk in Stockholm (2011-2012). Renata Tomczak-Wandzel has over 20 years of experience in wastewater treatment, including physical, chemical and biological treatment technology. In particular, he has experience in the field of membrane filtration of water and sewage, as well as experience in the reuse of sludge and waste, intensification of fermentation processes, sludge decomposition, anaerobic decomposition of waste and sewage from the food industry, and biological wastewater treatment technology. wastewater with intensification of nitrogen and phosphorus removal as well as energy recovery and resource use.
